Subject: Informative communication pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003

In accordance with the provisions of the new Code on the Protection of Personal Data, the following is hereby communicated.
Data processing is based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, thereby protecting your privacy and your rights. The data provided to Haiti in the course of contractual relations aimed at the submission of tenders or the formation of contractual relations are subject to computer or manual processing for the purpose of:
(a) related requirements: civil, fiscal and accounting standards; to the administrative management of the report; compliance with contractual obligations; to support and to inform you about the services you have acquired;
b) information on future initiatives and announcements of new services by both the company and our external consultants.
The data mentioned in point a) are handled by our employees, our employees and our external consultants, where they are engaged in the execution of the mandate given to us.
We point out that consent to the processing of data for the purposes indicated in point (a) is compulsory and essential for the performance of the mandate given. On the contrary, it is optional with respect to the purposes set out in point b): in case of refusal of consent to this last hypothesis, it results in our inability to provide information on the developments of our services.

The company ensures that the processing of data carried out with or without the use of electronic or automated means will take place by means of suitable tools to ensure its security and confidentiality. It may include - subject to the limits and conditions set out in Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - one or more of the following data operations: collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation, destruction.
Data processing proprietor is Haitian Ruling, with headquarters in Rosignano Solvay, Industrial Street no. 11/5, Tel No. 0856/761696, which will use them for the above purposes.
Data processing manager is Claudio Lodovichi who will use them for the above purposes. (to be indicated only in case of appointment)

As far as the data controller is concerned, it is always possible to exercise the rights set forth in art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, hereby incorporated by reference: "1. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if they are not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form. 2. The person concerned has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of treatment; c) the logic applied when processing by means of electronic instruments; d) the identification details of the holder, the persons responsible and the designated representative within the meaning of Article 5, paragraph 2; (e) the subjects or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the territory of the State, of persons in charge or in charge. 3. The person concerned has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, where relevant, the integration of the data; b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that are not required to be retained in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; (c) the attestation that the operations referred to in points (a) and (b) have been made known, including their content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such fulfillment is reveals it impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. 4. The person concerned has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of the personal data concerning him, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection; (b) the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for conducting market research or commercial communications ".
From the receipt of this information notice, you will be deemed to have consented to the processing of the personal data referred to in point a), unless express disagreement to be submitted in writing.
